Known for its artistry and precision-driven mixology, Aruba Bar brings the vibrant flavors of Baja California cocktails to Bengaluru, led by renowned mixologist and co-owner Frida Lucia Gonzalez. Her unique cocktail philosophy blends layered flavors, striking garnishes, and storytelling in every glass, ensuring each creation is both visually stunning and palate-pleasing.

The cocktail menu at LOYA pairs seamlessly with the restaurant’s heritage-inspired North Indian cuisine.
