Paying tribute to the rich culinary legacy of Lucknow, the menu revives age-old Awadhi recipes with authentic flavors, royal presentation, and soulful storytelling.

The feast opens with Shorba selections like Gosht Yakhni Shorba, a delicate lamb broth infused with warming spices, and Subz Badami Shorba, a creamy almond-based vegetarian classic. Starters showcase Shahi Tandoori Pomfret, Bhatti Ka Murgh, and vegetarian delights like Dahi Ke Kabab with Apple Jam, Palak Patta Anardana Chaat, and the signature Shan-e-Awadh Kebabs.




Main courses highlight Awadhi grandeur—Nalli Nihari and Gosht Koh-e-Awadh for meat lovers, alongside Mushroom Mattar Peshawari and Bhindi Anardana for vegetarians. House favorites like Murgh Mussallam, Dum Ki Raan, and rich rice dishes such as Zafrani Pulao and Gosht Dum Parda Biryani complete the spread. The finale is indulgent with Lucknowi desserts, including Chowk Ka Malai Makkhan and Shahi Tukda Zafrani.
