feast opens with Shorba selections like Gosht Yakhni Shorba, a
delicate lamb broth infused with warming spices, and Subz Badami Shorba,
a creamy almond-based vegetarian classic. Starters showcase Shahi Tandoori
Pomfret, Bhatti Ka Murgh, and vegetarian delights like Dahi Ke
Kabab with Apple Jam, Palak Patta Anardana Chaat, and the signature Shan-e-Awadh
Kebabs.

courses highlight Awadhi grandeur—Nalli Nihari and Gosht Koh-e-Awadh
for meat lovers, alongside Mushroom Mattar Peshawari and Bhindi
