feast opens with Shorba selections like Gosht Yakhni Shorba, a
delicate lamb broth infused with warming spices, and Subz Badami Shorba,
a creamy almond-based vegetarian classic. Starters showcase Shahi Tandoori
Pomfret, Bhatti Ka Murgh, and vegetarian delights like Dahi Ke
