This September 2025, Seta at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks presents a unique Culinary Exchange with Conrad Pune, featuring visiting chefs and mixologists from Masu and Koji. The collaboration promises a five-course dining experience paired with signature cocktails, blending Asian flavors with modern culinary artistry.

The menu begins with refined appetizers—silken tofu, shimeji mushrooms with burnt garlic and chilli, and Shanghai dumplings. Seafood lovers can indulge in Gong Bao Yu and butter cream prawns, while mains highlight aubergine with mock duck, steamed lobster in XO sauce, slow-braised pork belly, and hearty truffle fried rice with wok-tossed udon noodles.
